Our Story
In 2016, Jess and his family travelled to Israel for a sabbatical. This developed into what is now the Israel Video Project.
Three seasons later, the IVP is being watched and followed all over the world.
It is our hope that through these videos, you will not only have a fresh glimpse into the greatest book ever written (the Bible), but also connect more deeply with the Jewish people.
Jess Cantelon
Born close to Toronto, ON, Jess grew up in Jerusalem, Israel, as the son of a pastor and media personality. He is a fluent Hebrew speaker with a Masters Degree in Theology and has ministered in interdenominational contexts between Israel and Canada for over 20 years. Jess brings his audience into the nooks and crannies of the Holy Land, while diving into the Bible in its original context.
Currently, Cantelon lives with his family in Barrie, ON.
Vision
To preach the Bible in the land of the Bible. Israel is an amazing country – a land flowing with memory and heritage. It is also a country full of optimism and hope. Join us as we explore the same sites and sounds that Jesus experienced 2000 years ago.
